Job Description: Warehouse Executive (Dispatch & Inventory)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage dispatch operations and inventory coordination at the plant. The role involves ensuring accurate stock tracking, smooth dispatch processes, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate stock records
- Monitor production status, including completed and ongoing batches
- Track dispatched and ready-to-dispatch goods
- Prepare and maintain vehicle dispatch slips and related documentation
- Ensure timely updates of inventory sheets and reports
- Monitor and maintain cold chain compliance for products
- Coordinate vehicle loading for e-commerce and city dispatches




- Ensure timely stock availability and alignment for dispatch
- Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth stock movement to the distribution center
- Handle reconciliation of crates and ice boxes (inward and outward)
- Support other supply chain and dispatch-related activities as required

Requirements:

- Graduate preferred (open to Diploma/12th pass with relevant experience)
- 0–6 months of experience in warehouse, dispatch, or inventory management
- Basic knowledge of inventory tracking and documentation
- Valuable coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a plant/warehouse environment
