Role OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer to supervise construction activities at project sites and ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, architects, and clients.
- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Monitor civil works including excavation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at every stage.
- Take measurements and maintain proper site records.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
- Coordinate material requirements and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Monitor labour productivity and work progress.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.




- Ensure proper implementation of construction safety practices.
- Coordinate inspections and rectify defects or incomplete works.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and billing measurements.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.
- Required Skills Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Valuable knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong site supervision and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and construction documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.

Preferred Experience1–5 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision is preferred. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also be considered.
