We are looking for an energetic and organized Loan Processing & Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role is a blend of back-office file processing and on-field customer support. You will be responsible for collecting required loan documents from customer locations, verifying them, and coordinating with banks to ensure smooth loan approvals.

Mandatory Requirements
- Vehicle: Must own a functional two-wheeler (bike/scooter).
- License: Must possess a valid Driving License.
- Travel: Willingness to travel locally to customer doorsteps for document collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Document Collection: Visit customer residences or offices to collect necessary KYC, income proofs, bank statements, and property documents.
- Document Verification: Thoroughly cross-check collected papers for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- File Logging & Submission: Fill out loan application forms error-free and upload/submit files to partner bank and NBFC portals.
- Query Resolution:
Follow up with bank credit teams and underwriters to resolve any document queries or pending requirements.
- Tracking & Updates: Keep daily track of file statuses (from login to disbursement) and update the internal team tracker.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Prior experience in banking, DSA operations, or field sales is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone apps for data uploading.
- Communication: Polite and skilled mannerisms when interacting with customers face-to-face.
- Traits: High integrity, punctuality, and a detail-oriented mindset.
