We are looking for energetic, polite, and responsible Café Associates to support the day-to-day operations of our café. The candidate should provide excellent customer service while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and assist them with menu selections.
- Take orders accurately and serve food, coffee, and beverages.
- Support the barista/coffee master in beverage preparation when required.
- Handle billing, POS operations, and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, service areas, and equipment.
- Arrange and replenish food, desserts, beverages, and service supplies.
- Follow food-safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Assist with opening and closing activities.
- Monitor stock and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Coordinate with kitchen, coffee counter, dessert counter, and service staff.
- Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
- Follow café SOPs and instructions from the Café Manager.
