Job Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
- Manage and motivate Sales Associates.
- Track sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and staff productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
- Manage stock availability, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Control stock shortage, damage and shrinkage.
- Maintain proper visual merchandising and store hygiene.
- Manage staff attendance, shifts, weekly offs and grooming.
- Ensure billing, cash handling and store closing are completed correctly.
- Share daily sales and store performance reports with management.
Requirement
- Experience in Baby/Kids, Apparel, Lifestyle or Retail preferred.
- Positive communication and team-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Comfortable with rotational weekly offs and retail working hours.
