Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat Support Executives to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally through chat and other digital support channels.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and provide timely support through chat/digital communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Respond to multiple customer conversations professionally while maintaining service quality.
- Resolve customer issues within the defined turnaround time and escalate complex matters when required.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive tone in all customer interactions.
- Record and update customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the relevant system.
- Follow company policies, processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Follow up on unresolved customer concerns and ensure proper closure.
- Maintain accuracy while handling customer information and requests.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality, response-time, and customer-satisfaction targets.
- Work effectively during rotational/night shifts as per business requirements.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with internet/digital platforms.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Customer-service orientation and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work from the office in Bhopal.
- SalaryFresher: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000
- Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000
- Salary hike after 6 months & 1 year
- Night shift allowance applicable.
