- Introduce and explain our job portal, services, features, and benefits to potential clients.
- Understand the company's hiring and recruitment requirements.
- Convince companies to register on our job portal and post their current and upcoming job vacancies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and HR/recruitment teams.
- Follow up with potential employers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or in-person meetings.
- Assist companies in understanding how to create profiles and post job openings on the portal.
- Generate new employer leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and local market research.
- Achieve assigned targets for company registrations and job postings.
- Maintain regular records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, registrations, and job postings.
- Collect feedback from employers and share suggestions with the internal team.
