- Job Role & Responsibilities:Call existing and new customers to offer bike/car insurance renewal
- Explain insurance benefits, Zero Dep, and offers clearly
- Handle customer queries and follow up for documentation
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM
- Convince customers to renew with ICICI Lombard (no field work)
- Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi-speaking must; English is a plus)
- Basic smartphone or computer handling
- Punctual, target-oriented, and willing to learn




- Fresher or experienced in telecalling/insurance/loan sales
- Salary & Benefits:? Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience)
