About the RoleMedia Tech Temple is looking for Malayalam-speaking candidates to join our remote customer interaction team. The role involves connecting with customers over the phone, understanding their responses, collecting feedback, and maintaining accurate records.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers
- Communicate with customers in Malayalam
- Collect and record customer feedback
- Update call outcomes and customer responses in Excel/internal systems
- Follow the provided calling process and communication guidelines
- Maintain polite and professional communication throughout the call
- Skills RequiredFluent in Malayalam
- Basic Hindi or English communication
- Good listening and communication skills




- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable with voice-based customer interaction
