An Zepto Picker & Packer works in a fulfillment center (warehouse) and is responsible for selecting (picking) customer orders and packing them safely for delivery. This role is critical to ensuring quick and accurate order fulfillment.
- Picking (Order Selection)Locate products in the warehouse using scanners or order sheets
- Pick correct items based on quantity, size, and specifications
- Ensure accuracy of orders before sending to packing stage
- Move items to packing or dispatch area
- Packing (Order Preparation)Pack items securely in boxes/envelopes to avoid damage
- Label packages correctly with shipping details
- Verify order accuracy (right item, right quantity)
- Seal and prepare shipments for delivery
