- Prepare quotations and booking details.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance teams for loan and EMI processing.
- Complete the booking-to-delivery process smoothly.
- Coordinate vehicle registration and number plate requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction before and after delivery.
- Promote insurance, accessories, and other add-on products.
- Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and daily sales reports.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
