?Salary: ₹25k–₹35k In-Hand

?Shift: US Night Shift | 7:30 PM–5:00 AM

?Working Days: Monday–Friday | Weekends Off

✅ Required Candidate Profile:-

? Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Call Quality Analyst in an International BPO

? Strong experience in Call Auditing, Quality Monitoring & Evaluation

? Good knowledge of Quality Parameters and Compliance Standards

? Ability to identify performance gaps and provide effective feedback

? Excellent English communication skills

? Solid analytical and reporting skills
