- Key Responsibilities1. Client Approach & Lead GenerationIdentify and approach potential customers through field visits, phone calls, references, digital leads, and local market activities.
- Generate new leads for Business Loans, Home Loans, and Personal Loans.
- Visit businesses, offices, shops, housing projects, and individual customers to identify loan requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and approximate loan options to customers.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
- 2. Customer HandlingUnderstand the customer's financial requirements and recommend appropriate loan products.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding documents, application status, verification, and other requirements.
- Provide a professional customer experience throughout the loan process.
- 3. Loan Application & ProcessingCollect required customer information and documents.
- Coordinate with the credit/operations team for application processing.
- Ensure accurate submission of customer documents and information.




- Follow up with internal teams for approval and disbursement.
- Keep customers updated about the status of their application.
- 4. Sales & Target AchievementAchieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Develop new customer and referral networks.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling other financial products.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales activity reports.
- 5. Relationship ManagementDevelop long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate referrals from existing customers and business contacts.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customers.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain customer relationships.

Loan ProductsThe candidate will primarily work on:

- Business Loans – Working Capital, Business Expansion, MSME/Business Finance
- Home Loans – Purchase, Construction, Home Improvement/Transfer
- Personal Loans – Personal Financial Requirements, Debt Consolidation, etc.
