About the Role

Casamentero Consulting LLP is looking for energetic and driven HR Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Executives to join our growing recruitment team. This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity where you will work on multiple hiring mandates across IT, Non-IT, BFSI, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare, Engineering, and Corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment pipelines.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining coordination.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closures.

What Were Looking For

- 1-5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in IT hiring, Non-IT hiring, or both.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, and other job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Shift Timing

10:00 AM - 7:30 PM (IST)

Working Days

Monday - Saturday (6 Days)
