Job Role: Lead Champion
Job Location: Bangalore (Electronic City)
Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Job Description:
- Connect with interested (warm) leads through calls
- Follow up and convert leads into sales
- Coordinate with store teams for closures
- Update lead status in Salesforce CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills
Compensation:
- 20,000 in-hand (UG)
- 25,000 in-hand (PG)
- PF + Insurance + Attractive Incentives
Work Details:
- 6 Days Working
- 2 Days Work From Home
- Day Shift (No Night Shift)
- Weekly Off (Between Monday - Wednesday)
- Note: Immediate joiners preferred
