- Handle end-to-end proposal engineering activities from enquiry/RFQ to technical evaluation, proposal preparation, costing and order handover.
- Analyse RFQs, tender documents, technical queries and deviation sheets to develop technically compliant solutions.
- Perform thermal sizing and mechanical design for solid fuel boilers, thermic fluid heaters, hot water and hot gas-air generators.
- Prepare and review P&IDs; and select critical components such as fans, pumps, valves and instrumentation.
- Prepare detailed costing and techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirements and site conditions.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal front-end/back-end teams for smooth proposal development and order transition.
- Conduct Order Transfer Meetings and provide technical clarification during project execution.
- Lead and guide the proposal engineering team, ensuring quality and timely completion of proposals.
