We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
- Explain vehicle models, offers, features and basic product information.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, test drives and vehicle purchases.
- Schedule test drives and customer appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Update customer information, call status and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Share qualified leads with the Sales Executive/Sales Team.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams for further customer follow-up.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle multiple customer calls and follow-ups.
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, automobile sales, customer service or lead generation will be an advantage.

- Daily number of calls made.

- Test drives/appointments scheduled.
- Lead-to-appointment conversion.
- Follow-up completion.
- CRM and daily report accuracy.
- Customer response and satisfaction.
