Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of telesales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets through effective communication, coaching, and feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement within the team.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, soft skills development, and process improvements among team members.

Job Requirements :
- 9-16 years of experience in BPO sales or domestic sales with expertise in b2b/b2c sales.
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in inside sales or outbound calling environments.
- Robust leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
