Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Bengaluru.

The Telesales

Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers over phone calls/whatsapp, introduce Pranaisha Designs’ products, and clearly explain design, customization, and pricing options. The role involves generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and coordinating with the sales and design teams to support order closures.

Executive will handle customer queries, provide basic product support, and ensure a qualified and consistent customer experience aligned with the brand’s premium positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage queries and build long-term relationships
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, nurture leads, and contribute to revenue growth
- Comfort with phone-based outreach, follow-up, and CRM or lead-tracking tools
- Ability to understand product features, customization options, and explain them in simple terms
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or retail/home décor/furniture sales is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting targets and timelines
- Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred
