Role: Telecaller + WhatsApp Sales & Support
Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming/outgoing calls and convert leads into sales
2. Chat with customers on WhatsApp and solve their queries
3. Daily follow-up with customers for orders & payments
4. Maintain customer data and daily sales report
Requirements
- Positive communication in Hindi & basic English
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel & computer
- Fresher / Experience both can apply
- Must be confident and target-oriented
