Job Summary

Fit My Job is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our team in Manjeri, Malappuram.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with prospective customers. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Maintain professional communication with customers through calls and other channels.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the relevant team to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Follow company policies and sales processes.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or above.




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Customer-oriented approach with good convincing skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
