URGENT HIRING – TELECALLER

We are looking for a confident and experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge and practical experience in telecalling, lead follow-up, customer interaction, and enquiry conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries.
- Explain courses, services, and offers clearly to prospective students/customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested leads.
- Convert enquiries into admissions/sales through effective communication.
- Maintain call records and update lead status.
- Handle customer queries professionally.

Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, customer service, or sales preferred.




- Good knowledge of telecalling and lead management.
- Practical experience in handling and following up with leads.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and communicate confidently.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle customer/student enquiries professionally.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹8,413.57 - ₹25,532.93 per month
