Role & Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with leads from Website, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, WhatsApp, referrals and walk-ins.

- Understand customer requirements for custom furniture, interior design, kitchens, wardrobes and home dcor.

- Explain products, services, customization options and the design process clearly.

- Qualify leads based on requirement, location, budget, timeline and purchase intent.

- Convert genuine enquiries into showroom visits and design consultation appointments.

- Schedule appointments for sales/design teams and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Follow up with customers after quotations, proposals, showroom visits and consultations.

- Reconnect with old, inactive and missed-call leads to generate new opportunities.

- Maintain professional communication through phone calls and WhatsApp.

- Update lead details, call status, follow-up dates and requirements accurately in the CRM/lead tracker.

- Coordinate with sales and design teams regarding customer requirements and appointments.

- Maintain daily call and lead records and work towards monthly targets for lead connections, qualified leads, showroom visits and appointments.

- Ensure genuine enquiries are followed up promptly and no lead is missed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1 - 3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation or customer handling preferred.





- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage.

- Confident, qualified telephone etiquette with strong listening and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to identify serious prospects and understand customer requirements.

- Strong follow-up, coordination and relationship-building skills.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales KPIs.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.

- Basic knowledge or interest in custom furniture, interiors, kitchens, wardrobes and home dcor preferred.

- Candidates with experience in Interior Design, Furniture, Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Home Dcor, Real Estate, Architecture, Luxury Retail or Home Improvement will be preferred.

- Should be persuasive without being pushy, disciplined with follow-ups and focused on converting enquiries into appointments.
