Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive – Immigration Sales About Just and True Immigration Law & Services

Just and True Immigration Law & Services is a professional immigration law firm dedicated to delivering ethical, transparent, and client-focused immigration solutions. Our services cover Study Visas, Permanent Residency (PR), Visitor Visas, Skill Visas, and other immigration pathways for destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK, Europe, the USA, Singapore, Dubai, and other major countries.

We are seeking confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecallers / Client Relationship Executives who enjoy communicating with people, have a passion for sales, and are motivated by achieving measurable results.

Role:-

As a Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive, you will play an important role in developing relationships with prospective clients. You will communicate with leads, understand their overseas education or immigration requirements, provide basic information about our services, address initial queries, and generate qualified appointments and registrations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with sales conversations, follow-ups, objection handling, relationship building, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to recent and existing leads and maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Introduce and explain the firm's immigration, study visa, and related services in a professional manner.
- Understand the client's requirements and conduct a basic assessment of their profile and eligibility.
- Schedule qualified appointments with visa counsellors and senior immigration consultants.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Record and update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling, appointment, and conversion targets.
- Identify client concerns, handle objections effectively, and work towards successful conversions.
- Coordinate with counsellors, filing executives,



and the operations team to ensure smooth client handling.
- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information.
- Represent Just and True Immigration Law & Services with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Complete approximately 120–150 outbound calls per day.
- Ensure timely and meaningful follow-ups for all allocated leads.
- Generate a consistent number of qualified appointments.
- Contribute towards monthly client registration and revenue targets.
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Keep CRM records complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Follow ethical sales practices with no data manipulation.
- Maintain a high standard of client communication and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Excellent convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented approach with a positive and confident personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
- Good listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Professional telephone manners and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and explain immigration and visa-related products and services.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Educational & Experience Requirements
- Graduation in any stream is preferred.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Service, Education, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Immigration, or related industries.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong desire to build a career in sales are also welcome to apply.
