Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller & Front Office Executive to handle customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, WhatsApp messages, incoming calls, and front-office activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Follow up leads from WhatsApp, website, ads, and referrals.
- Explain stainless steel water tank products, sizes, pricing, and perks.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order follow-ups.




- Handle WhatsApp customer enquiries.
- Welcome office visitors and manage front-office calls.
- Support customer service and basic office coordination.

Required Skills
- Good Malayalam communication.
- Basic English communication.
- Good customer handling and telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer, WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets knowledge.
- Good follow-up and sales communication skills.
