About the Role

We are looking for confident, motivated and communication-skilled Telecallers to join our Education Loan team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting students and parents, understanding their higher-education financing requirements, explaining suitable education loan options and converting enquiries into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact students/parents through phone calls and WhatsApp regarding education loan requirements.
- Generate and follow up on leads received through digital marketing, references and enquiries.
- Understand the student's course, university, country, loan amount and financial profile.
- Explain education loan options, eligibility, documentation and basic loan process.
- Coordinate with the internal loan processing team for further case handling.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents until the case progresses.
- Update lead details, call remarks and follow-up status in the company's CRM/system.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build good relationships with students and parents.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience:



Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, sales, education consultancy, banking or financial services will be an advantage.
- Good Gujarati and Hindi communication is required.
- Basic English communication and understanding of written English.
- Confident personality with positive convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets and handle multiple leads.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
