We are looking for a Telecaller/Telecalling Executive to join our team at Subudhi Technoengineers Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹9000 - ₹20,000.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Make high-volume daily calls to prospective clients based on provided data, marketing campaigns (Meta Ads/Portals), or database.

- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify serious buyers, understand their requirements, and qualify them for the sales team.

- Project Pitching: Explain property details, including location, pricing, amenities, and ongoing offers in a clear, polite, and persuasive manner.

- Site Visit Scheduling: Convert telephone inquiries into confirmed site visits and appointments for senior sales executives.

- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with interested leads via phone, SMS,



or chat to nurture relationships and ensure conversion.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and lead status in CRM systems or Excel sheets.

- Query Handling: Address client questions regarding payment plans, documentation, and project specifications.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
