- Generate recent leads through outbound calls, references, networking, digital leads, social media, and other channels.

- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements, budget, and investment goals.

- Explain Stargaze Property’s projects, including location, amenities, development features, pricing, and payment plans.

- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and nurture leads through the sales cycle.

- Schedule and conduct site visits with interested customers.

- Build strong relationships with customers and assist them from the initial enquiry through booking

- Convert leads into site visits, bookings, and sales by effectively communicating the value of the projects.

- Identify potential investors and customers interested in land and farmhouse properties.

- Generate business through personal networking, referrals, brokers, channel partners, and local contacts.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information in the CRM or company records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
