Job Summary

Hire Next is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our recruitment team. The candidate will communicate with job seekers, understand their requirements, share suitable job opportunities, and coordinate the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates regarding available job opportunities.
- Understand candidates' skills, experience, and job preferences.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, eligibility, and interview details clearly.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and job opportunities.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and call records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate requirements and updates.
- Handle candidate queries professionally.
- Achieve daily calling and candidate-engagement targets.




- Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with candidates.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior telecalling, customer service, HR, or recruitment experience are also welcome.
