Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
- Explain our training courses, programs, and services
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Convert interested leads into admissions/enrollments
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records

Candidate Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in English & Hindi
- Confident and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers can apply
- Telecalling/Sales experience will be an advantage
