About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, making outbound calls, following up with leads, explaining our products, and converting potential customers into successful sales.

Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Sensy, Instagram, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle B2B customers and maintain professional business relationships.
- Build customer interest through effective communication and product presentation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Update lead/customer details and maintain proper follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Who We’re Looking For
- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert enquiries into sales.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer/mobile knowledge for handling WhatsApp, Instagram, and CRM/lead details.
- Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 0–2 years of telecalling/sales experience can also apply.

Language Requirements Required: Good communication in English + Hindi.

Additional regional languages such as Malayalam or Telugu will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives

- Salary: ₹ 18,000 to ₹ 25,000 per month
