Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.

- Generate high-quality leads through telecalling and convert them into customers.

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 year of experience in telecalling or business development.
