We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Caller to join our Travel Academy team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career interests and converting enquiries into course admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and attend incoming enquiries from prospective students.
- Explain travel and tourism courses, course details, fees and career opportunities.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Handle student/parent queries professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update enquiry details.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Maintain valuable relationships with prospective students throughout the admission process.
