Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in OSD manufacturing, preferably in a technology transfer role.

- Strong understanding of technology transfer principles and practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with gap assessment and process optimization techniques.
