Key Responsibilities ;
- Support the prioritisation and delivery of the technical backlog for BPI capabilities, aligning activities with business value and risk.
- Apply BPMN modelling standards and promote consistent process-modelling practices across the organisation.
- Create, review and maintain business process models to support process understanding, configuration and quality assurance.
- Provide guidance and support to business users on process modelling standards and best practices.
- Support the interpretation and analysis of process mining and task mining outputs to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements and operational challenges.
- Support the configuration and effective use of SaaS-based process management / process modelling platforms.
