About role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Techno-Functional Business Analyst & S2P Lead to establish the vision, strategic roadmap, and technical execution for our global spend management technology ecosystem. This role bridges business strategy, product ownership, and technical architecturerequiring hands-on administrative and system architecture expertise across applications like Coupa, Zip, SAP Concur, and Navan. You will act as the functional architect and product owner for major pipeline initiatives, including ERP readiness, e-invoicing compliance, and platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Execution
- Coupa Enhancements: Lead functional redesigns and administrative updates for Chart of Accounts (CoA), dynamic approvals workflows, SIM (Supplier Information Management) optimization, and Coupa Pay configuration.
- ERP Readiness & e-Invoicing: Drive the P2P workstream readiness for upcoming ERP integration, ensuring tax compliance, e-invoicing structural alignment, and master data synchronization across geographies.
- Intake & Travel Ecosystem Orchestration: Manage cross-platform intake-to-procure routing and contemporary travel management tool suites,
optimizing data flows and user access controls across integrated third-party systems
- Concur Cleanup: Audit and execute policy/entity structure cleanups, standardized descriptions, and workflow rules across SAP Concur.
Techno-Functional Administration
- Translate complex business requirements into solution designs, system configurations, and automated workflows within Coupa, Zip, Concur, and Navan.
- Manage administrative setups, role-based security, custom fields, data mappings, API integration touchpoints, and release updates.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, Tax, and IT to map end-to-end data flows and eliminate operational friction.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- S2P Expertise: 7+ years of Business Analyst experience dedicated to the Source-to-Pay domain, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel & Expense (T&E;), and Supplier Management.
- Core Systems: Hands-on administrative/technical setup experience with Coupa (Coupa Pay, CoA, Approvals, SIM) and SAP Concur.
- Up-to-date Stack Experience: Working experience with Zip (intake/orchestration) and Navan (T&E; management).
- Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with e-invoicing regulations/compliance, ERP integration frameworks (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or Workday), and data mapping protocols (REST APIs, CSV/SFTP integrations).
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading complex technical workstreams and managing vendor/stakeholder expectations.
