Role Overview

We are looking for a solid technical leader who can provide overall technical direction across three Agile Scrum teams while owning architecture, delivery, technical strategy, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and direction across all three Scrum teams.
- Own technical delivery, engineering roadmap, milestones, and execution.
- Drive architecture and high-level design decisions for embedded software products.
- Provide technical guidance on complex development, integration, and production issues.
- Review technical solutions and ensure alignment with product and system architecture.
- Coordinate dependencies and technical decisions across Scrum teams.
- Work closely with product management, engineering, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical status, risks, issues, and delivery updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor technical leads and senior engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and development practices.





• Promote AI-assisted development and AI-augmented SDLC practices across design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Required Technical Skills

- 10+ years of embedded software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C++.
- Strong understanding of embedded Linux and/or RTOS environments.
- Experience with multithreading, interrupts, device drivers, memory management, and embedded debugging.
- Strong OOP, software architecture, and design-pattern knowledge.
- Strong technical problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
- Python or another scripting language.

• Git and JIRA.

Domain Expertise

- Optical pluggables and coherent optics.
- CMIS and optical module management.
- OTN / G.709.
- DSP and line configuration.

• Embedded/carrier-grade networking products.

AI / Modern Engineering

- Practical experience using GenAI coding assistants and AI engineering tools. • Experience applying AI to software design, development, debugging, testing, documentation, or SDLC optimization.
