Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Specialist role based in Mathura.

The Technical

Specialist will support manufacturing and corrosion protection operations by providing hands-on technical assistance, resolving equipment and process issues, and ensuring product quality standards are maintained. The role involves diagnosing technical problems, performing routine checks on production lines, and coordinating with engineering and operations teams to implement improvements.

Specialist will also interact with customers and internal stakeholders to address technical queries, support product installation or application,



and document technical reports and service activities. This position requires a practical, detail-oriented approach and a strong focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify root causes of technical issues, and recommend effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for coordinating with teams and supporting customer interactions.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose equipment, process, and product-related problems in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support experience, including providing on-site assistance, documenting findings, and guiding users on best practices.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle technical inquiries, manage expectations, and build professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, corrosion protection technologies, or building materials (UPVC/Aluminum systems) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mathura, follow safety standards, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
