Associate Technical Specialist – Backend
Experience: 8+ Years

Mandatory Skills
- Senior-level Backend Development with ORM-backed REST APIs
- Ruby/Rails, Django, Laravel, NestJS, or Spring
- PostgreSQL – schema design, query optimization, data integrity
- Background Jobs – Sidekiq, SQS, Celery, Bull or equivalent
- API Testing – RSpec, pytest, JUnit or equivalent
- Authentication & Authorization – Token/OAuth
- OpenSearch / Elasticsearch – Query DSL, nested queries, reindexing
- External system integrations ; Salesforce preferred
- Willingness to learn and work on Ruby/Rails
Valuable to Have Ruby/Rails, Salesforce/SOQL, PeopleSoft/SOAP/ERP, AWS (S3/SQS/RDS), Docker Compose, Feature Flags.
