- 10+ years of experience in database architecture and migration projects.n
- Strong expertise in IBM DB2 LUW, AWS Aurora PostgreSQL/MySQL, AWS DMS, and AWS SCT.n
- Proven experience in migration assessment, strategy preparation, architecture design, and database modernization initiatives.n
- Strong capability in preparing migration strategies, architecture documents (HLD/LLD), runbooks, governance artefacts, and executive presentations.n
- Experience conducting customer workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder management.n
- Expertise in performance tuning, HA/DR design, backup & recovery, migration planning, cutover, and rollback strategies.n
- Possess solid architecture, documentation, strategy, and presentation skills, in addition to hands-on migration expertise.n
- Immediate starters preferredn
- Open to relocation out of India , on project basis if requiredn
