About the RoleAs VP – Sales , you will own the company's:
• Revenue growth & sales strategy
• GTM strategy across AI, IoT, Industrial IoT, SaaS & connectivity
• Sales P&L; and commercial performance
• Enterprise & government business development
• Sales organisation design and team building
• Strategic partnerships and channel ecosystem
• Sales forecasting, CRM, processes & performance management
• AI-driven sales productivity and analytics
You will work closely with the CEO, Founders, Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success teams to build a scalable and predictable revenue engine.
What We're Looking For10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales , with strong exposure to one or more of:

• Managing large enterprise and government accounts
• Owning revenue targets and commercial P&L;
• Building predictable pipelines and forecasting systems
• Developing strategic partnerships and channel ecosystems
• Implementing scalable CRM/ERP-driven sales processes
