nWhat we're looking for
nWe are looking for an experienced and highly driven Vice President – Projects / Project Head to lead wrkwrk's complete project development and execution function.
nThe ideal profile is a 60:40 blend of commercial fit-outs and construction expertise — with robust experience in commercial office/workspace fit-outs,



along with an excellent understanding of design, interiors, finishes, BOQs and execution, and the ability to work closely with architects, designers, MEP consultants and contractors. The remaining 40% should come from solid civil and construction experience, including exposure to ground-up commercial/office projects and a good understanding of construction, structural elements, base-build, MEP, planning, costs and timelines.
