We are looking for a skilled and target-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and mobilizing skilled technical manpower such as MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, BMS, Plumbing, and other engineering professionals

Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, databases, social media, and local networks.
- Screen candidates based on technical qualifications, experience, certifications, salary expectations, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews with the concerned department.

- Recruit positions such as




- Electrical Engineer / Supervisor / Technician
- Mechanical Engineer / Supervisor / Technician

- HVAC Engineer / Technician

- MEP Supervisor / Engineer

- BMS Operator

- Plumber / Technician
- Fire & Safety personnel

- Facility / Maintenance Engineers
- Other skilled and semi-skilled technical manpower

Preferred candidate profile

- 14 years of experience in technical recruitment preferred.
- Experience recruiting for facility management, engineering services, manufacturing, infrastructure, MEP, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or maintenance roles will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in high-volume technical recruitment will be preferred.
