Technical Recruiter (UK/EU)

Location: Full Onsite

Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM IST

Employment Type: Full Time

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Manage offer discussions, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and update candidate status regularly.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.




- Good understanding of IT/technical skills and job requirements.
- Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn and job portals.
- Positive communication and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Candidates with experience in US, UK, Middle East, or Domestic IT recruitment will be preferred.
- Candidates currently working in night shifts and looking to transition to a day shift are encouraged to apply.
- Must be comfortable working fully onsite .
