About the Role

Infojini is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to begin their career in US IT Recruitment . The role involves sourcing IT candidates, understanding job requirements, screening profiles, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand job descriptions and client requirements.
- Identify and shortlist candidates based on technical and communication skills.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and explain job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.




- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 months of internship experience is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with relevant HR/Recruitment/US IT Recruitment internship experience are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Willingness to work in the US shift .
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Quick learner with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
