Role & responsibilities

Technical Skill Requirements

Candidates must possess the technical literacy to communicate effectively with senior engineers, review architectures, and accurately estimate timelines across the following stack:

- Frontend & UI Architecture: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Angular, and Styled Components.
- Backend & API Layers: Node.js, Express.js, GraphQL, and GoLang.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem.

Team Leadership & Delivery Management

- Cross-Functional Management: Direct, mentor, and align engineering and Quality Engineering (QE) teams to ensure high-performance execution.
- End-to-End Delivery: Own the complete project lifecycle from initial scoping through development, testing, and successful production deployment.
- Resource Optimization: Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and team structuring to meet aggressive milestone timelines.




- Ticket & Metric Tracking: Actively manage team tickets, sprint deliverables, and release cycles.
- Tool Administration: Own the optimization, workflow design, and reporting structures within Jira and Confluence.
- Agile Metrics: Generate and analyze velocity, burn-down, and cumulative flow diagrams to continuously improve team efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- 14+ years of experience in software engineering, technical management, or delivery environments.
- Proven track record of managing external, client-facing enterprise software deliveries.
- Masterful command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or Protected).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
