IT Recruiter – US Staffing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter – US Staffing to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing , with strong expertise in recruiting candidates on C2C and W2 requirements.

Candidates with prior experience working with Tech Mahindra (TECHM) will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT Staffing requirements.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various technical positions.
- Work extensively on C2C and W2 requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial technical/functional screening.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates within required timelines.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Delivery Teams, and Hiring Managers.
- Negotiate rates and manage candidate submissions.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.




- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment and submission targets.
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and consultants.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with C2C and W2 hiring.
- Good understanding of US IT recruitment processes and employment types.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles such as Software Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, etc.
- Experience working with US time zones and US staffing processes.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Preferred / Huge Plus

- Previous experience working with Tech Mahindra (TECHM) is a huge plus.
- Experience handling TECHM requirements or working with TECHM vendor/client processes.
- Existing network of US IT consultants.
- Experience working with multiple vendors and implementation partners.
