We are looking for a technically strong and product-oriented Technical Product Manager with 23 years of relevant experience to work closelywith engineering, design, QA, DevOps,

AI/ML, and business teams to define, build, launch, and continuously improve technology products.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable understanding technical architecture, APIs,

software development, SaaS platforms, AI/LLM technologies, cloud infrastructure, user requirements, product analytics, and engineering workflows.

ROLE SUMMARY The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for helping drive the complete product lifecycle, from identifying user/business problems and defining requirements to development,

testing, launch, production monitoring, and product improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PRODUCT STRATEGY & VISION
- Understand business objectives and translate them into product opportunities.
- Support product vision and product strategy.
- Identify customer problems and technology opportunities.
- Define product goals and measurable outcomes.
- Participate in product roadmap planning.
- Evaluate new product ideas and feature requests.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and available resources.

• Work with leadership to align product priorities with company objectives.

- PRODUCT DISCOVERY

- Research user needs and business problems.
- Gather feedback from customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Analyze existing product performance and usage.
- Identify gaps in existing products.
- Identify opportunities for new features and improvements.
- Convert problems into clearly defined product opportunities.
- Validate product assumptions before significant development effort.

• Work with UI/UX teams to understand user workflows and experience requirements.

- REQUIREMENT GATHERING & PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS Own and coordinate product requirement definition.
