We are seeking a Technical Manager to oversee technical operations of our Testing Laboratory. In this role, candidate will be Monitoring the Testing & Calibration Laboratory as per NABL Compliance.

Location: C-14(P) & C-23(P, Industrial Focal Point, Raikot, Punjab 141109)

1. Qualifications

- B. Tech Electronics

- Diploma Electronics
- Post-Graduate in Science Stream

2. Experience

- 3 Years in similar field

3. / Roles and Responsibilities -Design, Implement and maintain Technical Procedures

- Application of Testing Standards and methods.

- Supervision of technical staff

-Data Analysis and reporting
- Interaction with Customer and external providers

- Compliance to standards

4. Technical Skill Set

- Equipment Operation Proficiency: Can operate and train others
- Testing Protocol Adherence: Understanding of the testing standards and methods
- Quality Control Practices: Implement and maintain the Quality processes
- Safety Compliance: Knowledge of the safety standards




- Understanding of Environmental Conditions: Knowledge of Standard environmental conditions and know how to maintain the same in the laboratory
- Record: Keeping and Reporting- Knowledge of record keeping and reporting

5. Skill Set

- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with the team, the customer and external product and service providers.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in team
- Problem solving abilities: Ability to solve problems encountered at work also help the team to resolve their problems
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Technical bent of mind to reach the root cause of the problem and troubleshoot the same Excellent verbal communication skills and Proficient in drafting clear and concise, and qualified emails for internal and external communication
