We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team, specializing in Databricks and handling complex data engineering lifecycle projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust passion for building scalable data pipelines and optimizing performance.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Databricks.
- Optimize data engineering lifecycle performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines and architectures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data pipelines and architectures.
- Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
